Behavior Health Coach is both affordable and convenient for my clients. I do not require the client to commit to multiple sessions, but work with the client on a per session basis at the client’s request. My sessions are by video conferencing and are private and HIPAA compliant. Using this method, allows the client to schedule sessions at their convenience using a cell phone, computer, or tablet. My service fee is $106 (USD) for 45 minutes (via PayPal).
Because I am a Licensed Behavior Specialist/Analyst provider, coaching is recognized as a therapeutic tool practiced by therapists. Your sessions could be covered under your health insurance plan if it includes behavioral healthcare. Check with your health insurance for possible reimbursement for telehealth behavioral health coaching by a licensed practitioner and request the form for reimbursement. I will provide you with a receipt to be attached to your insurance claim form that you can submit after session. If you choose health insurance reimbursement, please email your full name, address, and birthdate required by your insurance company and will be added to your receipt. And although I would be considered out-of-network, I have kept my fee low. It is possible that my services are equal or even lower than in-network once co-payment, co-insurance, and yearly deductible or out-of-pocket expenses are considered. This can be verified by checking and adding up your final cost. And again, check with your insurance benefits prior to service for verification. Thank you.
Please contact me with several dates and times available. After the agreed upon time between Client and Coach by email, the client will receive a return email of confirmation of payment with scheduled date, time of session, and link to my virtual office. Payment must be received prior to session. Please note: session will be cancelled if payment is not received prior to 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Emergency cancellations can be rescheduled at a later date and time.
